Position Summary

Bond No. 9 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to support the development and execution of current and new fragrance and product launches. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule from concept through production. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for luxury beauty and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Project Coordination

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day development of current and new product lines from concept through launch.

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule.
\n
• Support product submissions, approvals, and documentation throughout the development process.
\n
• Maintain organized product files, specifications, and development records.
\n

Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and packaging partners.
\n
• Coordinate transportation, product shipments, and sample management.
\n
• Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales to support successful product launches.
\n
• Assist with sourcing materials and monitoring production timelines.
\n

Administrative & Operational Support

\n
• Maintain accurate product development documentation and records.
\n
• Organize product samples, submissions, and development materials.
\n
• Provide administrative support to the Product Development team across multiple projects.
\n
• Assist with additional product development initiatives and special projects as needed.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance industry is required. Applicants without the required industry experience will not be considered.

• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with vendors and cross-functional teams.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
\n
• Passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, and product innovation.
\n
