This region isn't just a suburb; it's a dynamic community with the feel of a small town and the resources of a growing city.

You'll find packed bleachers, community tailgates, and neighbors who know the name of every varsity starter.

Downtown Des Moines is just a short drive away, offering art museums, live music, and some of the best dining in the Midwest without the traffic of a major city. The Des Moines River runs through it all, offering kayaking, fishing, and views that shift with the seasons.
