Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Recycle Associate to support the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining housekeeping standards by monitoring trash levels, removing and baling recyclable materials, and supporting production flowall while working as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Safety First Actively support our safety commitment. Perform all job duties in strict adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and behaviors. Operate baling equipment safely and efficiently to bale cardboard, plastic, shrink wrap, and other materials as needed. Quality & Reclamation Reclaim products and materials according to established company procedures. Support quality standards through proper waste handling and material management. Production Support Work in a fast-paced, production-based environment. Maintain consistent productivity to meet operational expectations. Perform additional duties as assigned by site leadership. Housekeeping & Facility Care Practice sanitation, "Clean as You Go," and strong housekeeping habits throughout the shift. Monitor trash levels in compactors, open-top containers, and trash lines, and report when service is needed. What We're Looking For Physical & Job Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with pallet jacks. Prior baler, machine operation, or warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred, not required). Forklift experience and certification a plustraining and certification provided if needed. High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience preferred.
