Data Engineer

Are you a data analytics superstar? Westaff is on the hunt for a Data Engineer for a state office in Helena, MT! Pay: $40.09/hour Schedule: Flexible Full-time, At least 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday Term: 6 months, potential for permanent position for right fit! What You Will Do: Manages the collection, management, and storage of data across the department. Enhances and maximizes the quality, integrity, reliability, and access to data assets. Designs and implements modern application and data architecture focusing on cloud platforms, best-of-breed solutions, and components. Builds data pipelines to bring together information from different source systems and creates the required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources. What You Will Bring: 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, computer science, information technology, or related field. Experience with PowerShell. Technologies that the candidate must be fluent in: SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Fivetran, Python, DBT, Gitlab/Github, PowerBI, Tableau, Thoughtspot.
