Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager, you are accountable for all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Leading by example is essential-you must adhere to all policies and procedures and expect the same commitment from your team. Additional responsibilities include staffing, paperwork management, food quality control, scheduling adherence, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to store profitability through effective marketing and cost management strategies.

General Responsibilities:

• Stock ingredients and manage inventory.
• Prepare food according to established procedures.
• Handle telephone orders and customer inquiries.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
• Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness daily.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency in basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for cash handling and inventory management.
• Motor coordination to operate equipment and handle food with precision and speed.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry using a keyboard or touch screen.
