Job Description TLC, The Treatment and Learning Centers, is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our interdisciplinary outpatient team in Rockville, Maryland. This position offers the opportunity to provide psychological assessment, counseling, consultation, and collaboration within a well-established nonprofit organization serving neurodiverse individuals and their families. Our psychologists work closely with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educational diagnosticians, counselors, and educators to support individuals and families across the lifespan. Each year, TLC's programs serve more than 2,000 neurodiverse individuals with a wide range of special needs. Responsibilities May Include Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations across the lifespan, from toddlers through older adults Assessing concerns related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, executive functioning, emotional and behavioral functioning, and developmental differences Writing comprehensive reports and providing feedback to families and schools Providing individual, family, and/or group counseling services Consulting and collaborating with other professionals within TLC's interdisciplinary programs Participating in case consultation and collaborative treatment planning Providing supervision and mentoring opportunities based on experience and licensure level Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience, licensure and responsibilities Required Experience Required PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Counseling Psychology Current Maryland psychology license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure Experience conducting psychological assessments Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Preferred Experience evaluating autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities Interest in working with neurodiverse populations Experience with or interest in play therapy and working with younger children Schedule Expectations TLC Hours Of Operation Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Full-time clinicians are expected to work at least two evenings per week until approximately 6:00 or 7:00 PM Benefits Benefits Include Flexible scheduling Hybrid in-person and telehealth opportunities Established referral base and steady caseload High value placed on quality care and manageable workloads Access to a large testing library and assessment resources Dedicated testing and play materials Access to multiple sensory rooms and occupational therapy gyms Regular case consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration Supportive and experienced clinical team Continuing education and licensure reimbursement Opportunities for professional growth and specialization Benefits Package Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Generous vacation, sick, and personal leave Paid holidays Long-term disability coverage Additional voluntary benefits 403(b) retirement plan Free on-site parking Keyword: Psychologist #J-18808-Ljbffr
