Local Travel Clinical Laboratory Scientist responsible for performing moderate and high‑complexity laboratory testing, ensuring accurate results, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards in a fast‑paced clinical environment. The role supports patient care by collaborating with medical staff and maintaining laboratory instrumentation and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Perform moderate and high‑complexity laboratory testing Analyze, verify, and report laboratory results accurately Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation Follow laboratory quality control and assurance procedures Collect and process biological specimens as needed Ensure compliance with hospital policies, CLIA, CAP, and regulatory standards Troubleshoot equipment and testing inconsistencies Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care Adhere to infection control and laboratory safety protocols Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field Current CA CLS License Current CA BLS Certification Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and regulatory standards Preferred Skills: Minimum of 1 year of recent Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience #J-18808-Ljbffr ConnectedHealth
