We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical support to providers and patients in an outpatient clinic setting. The LPN will assist with patient care, medications, procedures, and overall clinic workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient assessment and treatment.
• Room and prepare patients for appointments.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed.
• Collect specimens and assist with clinic laboratory testing.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Communicate patient concerns and updates to providers and the healthcare team.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Support efficient patient flow and daily clinic operations.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN/Practical Nurse license at the time of submission.
• Current BLS certification.
• Clinical experience in an outpatient/clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
