Overview Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Option Opportunity at Danville Regional and Rehab. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Responsibilities The RN provides direct patient care, administers medications as prescribed, performs comprehensive assessments, and documents changes in resident conditions. The role supports a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and collaborates with the care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
