Coach, develop, and mentor multi-unit leaders while building a strong leadership pipeline. Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence across the region. Partner with field leaders to hire, develop, and retain top General Managers. Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategies that deliver results. Support new restaurant openings and prepare teams for continued growth. Champion a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional hospitality. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For 5+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience. Experience leading Area Directors, District Managers, or other multi-unit leaders. Success overseeing large restaurant markets within a fast-casual or QSR environment. Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls, budgets, labor, and profitability. A proven coach who develops leaders, builds succession plans, and creates high-performing teams. Experience supporting new restaurant openings and rapid growth. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Willingness to travel throughout the Ohio region.
