Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search

Practice Setting:

  • Walk-In Clinic coveage

  • Average 20 PPD

  • Staff includes 2 APPs, 4 RNs, 1 MA and 2 Office Staff

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00a-7:00p

  • Weekends/Holidays, 8:00a-1:00p

Patient Population: All ages

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing: 90 days

Requirements:

  • Active Wisconsin licensure

  • Board certification

  • AHA BLS certifications

  • Minimum 1-year Primary Care experience or equivalent
