Key Responsibilities Utilize project management systems to govern project life cycles efficiently Manage client relationships to secure repeat business Safeguard the Company’s interests through thorough documentation and consistent communication with all stakeholders Develop accurate cost estimates and break them down into manageable segments Issue purchase orders to suppliers in line with company guidelines Create comprehensive scopes of work for subcontractor contracts Identify and manage cost impacts due to changes in project scope and schedules Pursue equitable compensation for impacts in adherence with contract terms Facilitate efficient labor and manpower planning Regularly forecast and verify project costs, revenue, and profitability for stakeholders Monitor project cash flow to maintain positive financial outcomes Oversee engineering and subcontractor work to enhance productivity Ensure customer satisfaction during job completion and warranty periods What You Need Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant industry experience In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction regulations Proficient in effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Completion of OSHA’s 30-hour Construction Training Course Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record compliant with company policy Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time Preferred Qualifications People management experience is a plus 5+ years of industry-specific experience Conduct Standards Maintain confidentiality for the Company at all times Uphold the Code of Conduct & Ethics and protect company assets Promote a culture of safety Exemplify the Company Core Values consistently Work Environment This position primarily operates in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment Occasional travel to local job sites, involving typical construction site conditions Physical Demands Regularly required to talk, hear, and possess visual acuity Light work position, possible exertion of up to 20 pounds occasionally This job description outlines the general nature and responsibilities of the role and may be updated based on business needs.
