Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, coach the team to become product experts, and lead daily shop operations. Responsibilities Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting. Develop succession plans by training and developing your team. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment to increase employee engagement. Grow leaders through providing direction, delegation, and investing in their development. Create a genuine customer focus by leading and directing the Leader on Duty program. Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits. Build customer loyalty by coaching the team on the benefits of our Loyalty programs. Execute the Company's direction on merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets. Understand and analyze Key Performance Indicators and identify behaviors to drive results. Lead and integrate an omnichannel experience, ensuring teams are trained on available tools. Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls. Qualifications Positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, handling multiple tasks at once. Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.). Minimum three years of retail or related managerial experience leading direct reports. High school diploma or GED. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and perform required movements. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays with at least two closing shifts per week.
