For more information visit Description1 position – QA III Fidelity RM3 months (possible extension up to 2 yrs.)Location: On site - Mt Laurel, NJ or Greenville, SCInterview: 1 Phone with hiring manager; could be a 2nd with a team memberDescriptionSUMMARY: This role is for a test lead within the Core Banking Test Team. An in depth functional knowledge of Fidelity Systematics RM (also known as Relationship Manager) application and its interdependencies. This role will work in a matrixed, cross functional environment with a direct report to a Core Banking QA Application Manager and an indirect report, at times, to Project Test Leads for assigned projects. They will be liaising with Core Banking project team members to understand functional requirements and undertake QA functional testing for the project, in line with defined TD standards.The assignment will require ability to work remotely and independently within the Core Banking project team to complete all assigned tasks within identified timeframes.This role will be leading a group of people (8-10; minimum 5). Projects have started and this role would be to physically manage and lead the testing tasks for the core banking team.DescriptionThe successful applicant will be required to undertake the following tasks within the team:• Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models• Review requirements and design documents to ensure requirement documentation is testable• Document Requirements Traceability where needed in conjunction with Project application BA's• Plan and document High level test case scenarios for assigned application• Working with Test Leads and Test Data Mining team (TDM) to identify the test account scenarios and request volumes needed• Write detailed reusable test cases for in scope high level test case scenarios• Upload Traceability matrix and test cases to QC• Scheduling and execution of test case execution within QC in line with TD Bank processes• Contribute to the development of the Core Banking Test Strategy & Test Plans• Assisting to document high level in scope testing needs• Identification of assumptions/dependencies for in scope testing, Environment and processing needs (Batch Requirements, required applications, processing date overrides etc.)• Back Up assistance to QA Application Manager as required.Duties will include, but are not limited to:• Create Test Strategies, Test Plans and detailed execution schedules• Capturing Batch requirements• Tracking and follow up of required approval requests• Working to ensure all testers have the necessary systems access• Participation in project team meetings and leading working session meetings as needed• Collaborate with Core Banking team to ensure that the team is kept informed of task status and that any problems and issues are escalated appropriately and clearly communicatedSoft Skills• Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills.• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.• Proven experience to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced remote based environment• Should have sound documentation and communication skills• The ability to learn new processes and tool sets quicklyQualificationsMust Have Skills:• In depth functional experience of Fidelity Systematics RM application – minimum 2 yrs• Knowledge of the Software and Project Management life cycles within a formal methodology process * 5 yrs• Experience with HP Quality Center (including, Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab & Defects) – 3 YrsExcellent communication skillsLeadership * 5 yrsMainframe experience * 5 yrsNice To Have Skills:•In depth technical experience of Fidelity Systematics applications would be a plus IM, ST–3 years• TSO/Easytrieve experience within an MVS environment – 3 Yrs• Any experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Visual Basic, Vlookup, etc.), Access* Past TD experienceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.SummaryType: ContractFunction: Information TechnologyExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Staffing And Recruiting
