Dialysis Registered Nurse - Charge

Role The RN Charge Nurse oversees nursing services each shift, acting as a supervisor and providing daily staff supervision. Responsibilities Assist with clinical and operational processes to enhance patient care, manage supplies and labor efficiently, review and administer medications, support physician rounds, implement treatment protocols, respond to emergencies, and communicate patient status. Collaborate with medical staff, participate in care planning, and contribute to staff orientation and policy updates. Qualifications Current RN license, minimum 12 months nursing experience including 3 months in dialysis, CPR certification, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to function in leadership roles. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and ability to perform safe dialysis are essential.
