IT Technician

Starting Date: Immediately Job Description Harvest Preparatory Academy is a K-12 Charter School located in Yuma and San Luis, Arizona. We are currently accepting applications for a qualified IT Technician. Harvest Preparatory Academy prides itself on excellence; we are looking for a candidate that will enhance our level of excellence and take pride in their work. Duties include, but are not limited to: Perform regular support and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops, servers, and network infrastructure for the HPA community Handle IT issues and problems, reporting and requesting assistance from IT management as necessary Assess and ensure help desk tickets and technical issues are adequately recorded Prioritize help desk tickets and work on resolutions in priority order Printer maintenance Application & Program maintenance Provide one-on-one training for unique HPA IT systems as needed and time is available Network & Internet Maintenance / Monitoring Back up all updated files/programs/folders Create & Clean-up accounts (Active Directory, Cisco Phone, Office365, Guardian, Etc.)
