Director of SoC Architecture

To drive innovation in machine learning solutions, the full-time remote Director of SoC Architecture will manage the development of optimized software and hardware for AI models, oversee architectural guidelines, and influence product strategy across cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Leverage machine learning expertise to enhance training frameworks and model efficiency tools Direct the development of software enabling AI models on hardware for efficient inference and training Execute product proposals and define strategic direction for teams while providing updates to stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 9+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years 5+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) 5+ years of experience in embedded system development and optimization related to machine learning 4+ years in a technical leadership role with experience in a large matrixed organization Experience managing operating budgets and project financials for AI-related initiatives
