Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse, Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Springfield, Vermont. This role supports patient care in an adaptive acuity Progressive Care Unit environment, with Progressive Care Unit (PCU) skills and Medical Surgical (MS) Telemetry experience required. On occasion, assignment coverage may require providing Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care when requested. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 shift hours; minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact must be uploaded; Active Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (American Heart Association (AHA)); Progressive Care Unit (PCU) skills (current to 1 year); Medical Surgical (MS) skills (current to 1 year); Telemetry/Tele skills (current to 1 year); Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and charge experience (must be noted on the profile); 2+ years of current Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience (minimum stated); 3+ months previous travel experience (minimum stated); ability to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice; traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Preferred Qualifications: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience (strongly preferred); small critical access facility experience (preferred)
• Additional Information: Every other weekend and holidays as needed may be required. Requested time off during the course of the assignment must be noted and verified at upload, and scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Travelers must be willing to comply with charge requirements as part of the assignment expectations.
