Lilikoi Kitchen in beautiful Kailua, HI is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and mise en place
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen leadership
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Adapt to menu changes and specials using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in a restaurant or food service setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard cooking techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
