Job Title
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Description
New provider patient enrollment. Will process 2000+ patients into concierge medical plans.
Required Skills
- HSD/GED
- 3 years of recent experience working as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales, PSR, or Enrollment Specialist
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use proper grammar
- 2 completed supervisor references
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CS-Link/Epic
- Understanding of medical terminology
Job Duties
- Call handling on inbound/outbound patient calls provided details and answer questions about concierge medical service plans
- Email payment links, information pamphlets, and enrollment forms to interested patients
- Process enrollment paperwork and confirm enrollment
- Patient check-in (lunches and breaks)
- Patient chaperoning (lunches/breaks)
