HR Operations Specialist - Compliance & Onboarding

GOSH Enterprises is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join the People Services team in Columbus, Ohio. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance, and support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes across corporate and restaurant environments. Working with HR leadership, you will lead I-9 and E-Verify activities, maintain accurate records in UKG, and drive continuous improvement of HR templates, reports, and procedures while handling sensitive information with #J-18808-Ljbffr Gosh-Enterprises-Inc.
