Sales Representative - State College, PA - Surgical Technologies
Stryker
Field-based sales representative position selling surgical technologies to healthcare providers across a territory in Pennsylvania. The role involves promoting Stryker's surgical product portfolio, conducting demonstrations, supporting procedures, and driving territory growth while building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell surgical technologies products while meeting sales objectives in assigned territory
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings
- Support surgical procedures by providing on-site expertise and troubleshooting
- Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators, and purchasing teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare
- OR Bachelor's degree with leadership, military, or high-performance environment experience
- OR minimum 5 years of outside sales or territory-based selling with documented goal achievement
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in clinical environments
- In-person support capability during product evaluations and procedures
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
