Mental Health Counselor

Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join an outpatient mental health team, focusing on individual therapy services. Under supervision, the therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with treatment and recovery teams. Responsibilities include engaging with community partners, participating in supervision, and utilizing trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices. Work involves a flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth options, requiring one evening appointment weekly. Schedules are adaptable, supporting work-life balance. Qualifications include a master's degree in a related field, practicum experience, and eligibility for or holding an "In Training" license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT). Preferred candidates have active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, and trauma-informed care knowledge.
