Compliance Analyst - Testing

The Compliance Specialist supports Process Server contractors as a part of the Process Server Development team. This role reviews service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC’s guidelines and expectations. This role also investigates complaints and contested serves.
This position is remote but must be located in one of the following states: Review service events for compliance with ABC, court, and customer requirements
Investigate service complaints
Create service complaint investigation reports
High school diploma or GED required
Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams as a primary mode of communication
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm PST
