Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a highly respected professional services organization to hire a Financial Analyst early in their career who's looking for strong growth, mentorship, and a truly balanced lifestyle. This is a high-visibility role working closely with leadership on financial analysis, modeling, and strategic decision-making across the business. What You'll Do Build and analyze financial models, forecasts, and budgets Partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, and business strategy Support reporting, dashboards, and key financial insights Assist with client/matter-level financial analysis and ad hoc projects Help improve processes, reporting tools, and financial infrastructure What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience required (financial analysis, public accounting, or general accounting) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance GPA of 3.4+ Currently employed and demonstrating strong performance Advanced Excel skills + strong analytical mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Why This Role Stands Out 4+ weeks of vacation Target 35-hour work week (yes, really) Hybrid schedule (collaborative but flexible) Incredible culture - supportive leadership, team-oriented environment Very low turnover - people stay here for a reason Strong benefits + bonus potential Real opportunity for long-term growth and upward mobility #J-18808-Ljbffr
