Value Stream Manager

Own the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data centre projects. We’re looking for a Value Stream Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Data Center value stream from order intake through production, shipment, and project close-out . If you thrive on bringing Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics together to deliver on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance, this role is built for you. Backed by a multi-billion-dollar technology leader we’re scaling a global data centre cooling business delivering end-to-end air and liquid cooling solutions from design and engineering through project execution and aftersales support. With global manufacturing capacity and master purchase agreements with leading hyperscalers, we’re built to grow fast and deliver reliably. What you’ll own Master scheduling, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation Material readiness: long-lead components, supplier performance, and escalation Reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders: OTIF, lead times, supplier performance, budget adherence What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business (or equivalent) Background in project delivery and supply chain management (either or both) Strong understanding of operations , and MRP / procurement / logistics Manufacturing experience preferred in HVAC / data centre cooling ; open to other fast-paced environments (e.g., aerospace ) Fluent English; ERP familiarity (EPICOR a plus); Agile welcomed Working model Regular on-site presence at Morrilton manufacturing site International travel may be required (suppliers/projects) If you’re ready to make a measurable impact on customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and margin protection in a fast-growing Data Center segment, let’s talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr
