Sitting at the intersection of sales operations, commercial strategy, and data intelligence, this role transforms complex business data into clear, executive‑ready insights that improve forecast accuracy, strengthen sales discipline, and accelerate growth execution.You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Growth and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams, and country leaders across the Americas to elevate data quality, modernize reporting, and enable faster, more disciplined, data‑driven decision‑making.This role is ideal for someone who is anticipatory, business‑immersed, and proactive—someone who seeks to identify risks and opportunities before they appear in standard metrics and who is eager to deeply understand how the business operates.Core Responsibilities:Analyze commercial and transformation data to identify performance gaps, early‑warning risks, and growth opportunitiesStrengthen forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility through Salesforce reporting, CRM data governance, and improved data disciplineBuild, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards supporting performance reviews, strategic initiatives, and transformation executionConduct deep‑dive analyses on bookings, revenue, margin, backlog, funnel health, and project profitabilityPrepare executive‑ready presentations and data visualizations for regional and country leadership reviewsCollaborate with Growth, CI, Sales, and country leaders to support transformation workshops, execution tracking, and follow‑throughDrive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve insight qualitySupport adjacent analytical missions including inventory turnover, funnel reviews, channel performance, and execution effectivenessStakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted business partner to Sales, Finance, Inside Sales, Operations, Channel Strategy, Growth, and CI teamsPresent structured, actionable insights to regional and country leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision‑makingRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field4–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or transformation support within a B2B or industrial environmentStrong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelingAdvanced experience using Salesforce and CRM‑driven sales processesProven ability to structure, analyze, and interpret complex datasetsExperience supporting forecasting, performance management, and commercial review cyclesPreferred QualificationsProficiency with SQL, Tableau, and additional BI or analytics toolsFamiliarity with Lean / Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.g., Bowler charts, X‑matrix, A3s, TLIP, GDP)*Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and multi‑source data environmentsInterest in AI tools, advanced analytics, and reporting automation*Lean terminology will be explained during onboarding; prior exposure is helpful but not required.Core CompetenciesAnticipatory, business‑immersed mindset with the discipline to recognize early performance signals and translate insight into actionStrong commercial acumen, including understanding of revenue, margin, backlog, and funnel performance driversAbility to translate complex analysis into clear, executive‑ready insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder‑management skillsHigh‑ownership mindset with curiosity, energy, and a continuous improvement orientationCollaborative, structured, and growth‑oriented working styleImpact of the RoleIn this role, you directly strengthen forecast accuracy, sales discipline, and growth execution across the Americas.
