Picker/Kitter

We are seeking three detail-oriented and motivated Picker/Kitters to join our growing warehouse and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating, retrieving, and organizing specific parts or components to assemble customized "kits" for our production lines or shipping department. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately locate and pull parts, components, and materials from inventory storage areas using pick lists, scan guns, or digital inventory systems.

• Kitting & Assembly: Sort, group, and securely package gathered items into specific kits according to bills of materials (BOMs) or assembly guides.

• Quality Control: Inspect parts during the picking process to ensure items are undamaged, match part numbers exactly, and meet quality standards.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts by logging picked items, reporting shortages, and assisting with routine cycle counts.

• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, kitting, or inventory control is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidates).

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reading alphanumeric part numbers, quantities, and descriptions.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours/shift) and comfortably lift up to [e.g., 35–50] lbs.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; experience with RF scanners or inventory management software is a plus.
