Property Specifics: Location: Ladson, SC Unit Count: 344 Your Role: Keep the Community Running Smoothly: Perform daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep Diagnose and Repair Issues: Tackle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure apartments and common areas remain in excellent condition. Prepare Apartment Homes for Move-In: Complete apartment turns that create a clean, welcoming home for new residents. Protect the Community's Assets: Conduct preventative maintenance to help maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning property. Skills and Qualifications Knowledge : 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Hands-On : Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease. Certified : HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus. Schedule : Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. On-call duty rotation required. Trustworthy : Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
