We're looking for a driven experienced technician who is detail-oriented and familiar with the flow of working in a dealership environment. Factory training and certification provided.Automotive Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsAutomotive Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc.Automotive Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairsAutomotive Technicians explain mechanical diagnostics and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersContinuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.Communicate findings with Service Advisors to include scope of repairs.Job RequirementsHold a valid driver's license with a clean recordTeam oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceWorking knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.Growth oriented with a willingness to learn more.Must be willing to submit to a drug screenExcellent benefits package with PTO available.
