This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining professional standards of care.   • Engage actively in mult-disciplinary team meetings to contribute effectively to individualized treatment plans.

  • Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, creating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine personalized treatment plans that address the specific therapeutic goals of each client.

  • Monitor clients' progress and ensure regular follow-up to support their journey towards improved mental health.

  • Document every session and adjust treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and share vital information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals and families struggling with substance abuse as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. The therapist will work closely with these populations, applying specialized techniques to foster recovery and personal growth. A strong understanding of family dynamics and the challenges faced by couples is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

  • A current, active LMFT license without any restrictions, suspensions, or probationary conditions.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with an innate ability to create a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on leadership or team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
