LLM Pipeline & AI Systems Engineer (Backend)

### **Job Description:**

We are seeking an elite **LLM & AI Pipeline Engineer** to lead the backend development of two enterprise utilities within our ecosystem: the **AI Creator Studio (AICS)** and **Talent Connect**.

AICS ingests raw, authoritative technical vendor manuals, parsing them into atomic structured components to feed an automated video training production pipeline. Talent Connect acts as a secure verification hub and conditional smart-routing ledger, bypassing legacy resume gatekeepers to match candidates directly with employers via cryptographically signed proof of skill.

This is a 100% remote position. We are open to bids based on your experience. If selected, we will structure development into performance-based milestones.

**Strict Timeline:** Core subsystems must be fully developed, deployed, and beta-tested by **October 1, 2026, or sooner**.

### **Core Functionality & Deliverables:**

#### **1\. AI Creator Studio (AICS) Content Pipeline**

Build an automated data pipeline processing technical materials through 5 functional states:

* **Ingestion:** Ingest multi-format text data and enforce an auth layer to verify it is digitally signed by authorized vendors.
* **Transformation:** Use LLMs to parsed complex manuals into structured, atomic **Instruction Units (IUs)**.
* **Media Automation Bridge:** Programmatically feed structured IUs into a text-to-video production API to render mobile-ready video modules.
* **Dynamic Validation:** Build a contextual testing layer linked to each video module (Watch & Test) to challenge users on consumed IUs.
* **Cryptographic Ledger Signing:** Apply a **SHA-256 hash and digital signature** to passed completion packets to generate an un-spoofable credential.
* **Database Activation:** Once verified, programmatically flip a candidate’s profile status from **"Inactive (Dark)"** to **"Active (Lights Up)"** in the Talent Connect database.

#### **2\. Talent Connect & Smart Routing Logic**

Architect the logic dictating how user data is securely stored, isolated, and checked at the employer gate:

* **Tenant Separation:** Build an isolation router. **Independent Seekers** route to a searchable Global Talent Pool. **Internal Corporate Employees** route strictly to a Private Company Database visible _only_ to their current employer.
* **The "Skill Gate" Lock:** Build a programmatic check gate on employer interaction points (e.g., "Apply" button). The backend must instantly validate if the candidate's `User_Token` matches the employer's `Required_Credential`.
* **Conditional Hard-Gate Locks & Gap Redirects:**
* _If Valid:_ Unlock submission and securely transmit the authenticated data packet to the employer dashboard.
* _If Invalid:_ Disable the "Apply" button, trigger a **Gap Analysis** comparing user tokens to the job profile, and instantly redirect the user to the missing AICS specific course module.

### **Job Requirements:**

* **LLM Pipeline Architecture:** Advanced RAG, structured output parsing, metadata mapping, and technical document extraction.
* **Backend & API Engineering:** Experience with webhooks, platform auth, and connecting media rendering/synthesis SDKs.
* **Cryptographic Basics:** Secure data handling, SHA-256 hashing, public/private key signing, and tokenized payloads.
* **Database & State Logic:** Trigger-based systems and strict multi-tenant access control.
