Client Support Representative
$19 per hourRandstad is seeking a reliable, customer-centric Client Support Representative to join our client's growing banking operations team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed for a motivated professional looking to establish a long-term career within the financial services industry. As the primary point of contact for retail banking customers, you will deliver exceptional service by handling a high volume of inbound inquiries, navigating financial software platforms, and resolving routine account issues with accuracy, security, and empathy. - Minimum of 1 year of consistent experience working in a high-volume Call Center environment (Financial services or banking call center experience is a major plus).
- Ability to navigate multiple software screens and databases simultaneously while speaking on the phone.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex account guidelines in simple terms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle fluid, rapidly changing priorities.

- Provide accurate, real-time information regarding client account balances, recent transaction histories, and processing timelines.
- Assist clients with digital banking hurdles, focusing heavily on secure password resets, multi-factor authentication troubleshooting, and online/mobile banking navigation.
- Efficiently intake, document, and initiate investigations for customer account disputes, unauthorized transactions, and debit card discrepancies while adhering to strict banking regulations (e.g., Regulation E).
- Strictly verify client identities using established authentication protocols to protect sensitive financial data and prevent fraud.
- De-escalate sensitive situations involving account overdraws, frozen accounts, or fee inquiries with a calm, professional demeanor.
