Job Details:The Director of Talent Solutions is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide approach to succession planning, workforce assessments, performance management, and organizational capability strategies in alignment with business and talent objectives. This role also provides strategic direction for Business Resource Groups (BRGs), connecting engagement and inclusion efforts to broader talent outcomes. Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director implements forward-thinking talent strategies that drive workforce readiness, leadership development, performance, and business growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction across the team and enterprise to drive talent transformation initiatives.Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging best practices in workforce planning, succession strategy, and leadership development to drive a future-ready organization.Design and implement an integrated governance and succession planning framework that enables effective critical role identification, talent pool management, leadership continuity, and long-term organizational resilience.Lead enterprise-wide workforce assessments, analyzing strategic business priorities and aligning future talent needs with organizational capabilities and key performance indicators (KPIs).Lead the enterprise performance management strategy, including review cycles, calibration processes, and the integration of performance data into succession planning and talent decisions.Support and implement talent analytics and technology strategies that provide actionable insights into workforce proficiency, competency gaps, and succession risks while enhancing talent enablement processes with scalable, data-driven solutions.Partner with executive leadership and HR teams to develop targeted strategies for leadership pipeline development and internal mobility.Provide strategic direction for Business Resource Groups (BRGs), aligning engagement and inclusion efforts with leadership development, talent pipeline, and broader business objectives.Manage budget and align resources to outline, implement, and optimize executive talent assessment for the organization. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred bachelor’s or master’s in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, succession planning, or workforce strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Communication & Influence: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive strategic conversations with senior leadership. Must possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable talent strategies, leveraging data-driven insights. Advanced skills in talent analytics, HR technology, and emerging workforce planning tools.Leadership & Change Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale organizational change.Travel: 5-10 domestic trips per year, as needed.Relocation Assistance Eligible:YesWork Shift:1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
