The AR Staff Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day and month-end close of the Accounts Receivable department.Responsibilities:Sending invoices and credit memos daily to customersCommunication with customers, including collection of paymentsPrepare Intercompany invoicing to other Trend Micro entitiesPrepare routine accrual and reclassification entriesMaintain journal entry related documentationAssist with month-end close activities including preparation of closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and post-closing reportsFiling and Scanning documentsProvide support for internal and external auditorsSpecial projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.2+ years of related Accounting/Accounts Receivable experience required.Basic understanding of accounting rules and practice.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Self-starter, with ability to work independently and with a team with excellent planning and organizational skills.Team player who can interact well with any level of management or employee.Proven ability to complete tasks with constrained deadlines.DEI Commitment:Not meeting every single requirement?
