Building Site Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Building Site Manager will coordinate schedules with project manager, oversee budgets, and supervise site operations. The ideal candidate will also manage subcontractors, review agreements, and lead construction projects from start to finish. Projects will focus on various structures including High-End Restaurant & retail, commercial office & hospitality mixed-use buildings.ABOUT THE COMPANY: This organization is a highly regarded general contractor in the Nashville area. Their portfolio includes a wide range of projects in public and private sectors, with a focus on environmentally friendly practices.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: SITE MANAGEREffective Communication with clients, subcontractors, and team membersDetailed-oriented with strong organizational skillsSupervises subcontractors and craft employees on a daily basisEnsures work is following established schedule and meets quality standardsManages material procurement and site logisticsMust be proactive, organized, and forward-thinkingEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with Sage Construction Management Software is a plusQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial construction site management (Experience with restaurant or retail projects preferred)Ability to juggle multiple projects and interact with various stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectivelyExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationshipsProven leadership skills and ability to motivate subcontractorsStrong time management and deadline orientationAbility to read and interpret construction documents and blueprintsManagement role, no requirement for hands-on construction experience
