Bowling Alley Assistant Manager

Shift: 9a-1a Mon-Sat Pay: $16-18/hr based on experience Where: Muncie Evaluation Hire

Duties

• Opening & Closing Duties – Ensure the bowling alley is set up for success each day, handling tasks such as cash reconciliation, safety checks, and equipment readiness
• Bartending & Food Service Support – Step in as needed to assist behind the bar or with food service, ensuring top-tier customer experience.
• Team Leadership – Oversee bowling alley staff, providing direction, coaching, and support in the absence of the Bowling Alley Coordinator.
• Facility Upkeep – Assist with general cleaning, maintenance reporting, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous team-lead or supervisory experience in a food-service environment required
• Bartending experience preferred (or willingness to be trained).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
