Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join a recovery-focused residential treatment center for men. Responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication support, transportation, and documentation. Facilitating group sessions, responding to crisis situations, and maintaining a safe environment are essential duties. The role involves supporting residents' treatment goals, performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to making a positive impact on residents’ lives. Qualifications include dependability, compassion, and passion for helping others. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a shift from Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
