Legal Funding Manager position at RapidFunds! This is a remote position.

I’m excited to share an opportunity to join the RapidFunds team as a Legal Funding Manager — a key role helping us power growth and deliver value for plaintiffs’ attorneys nationwide.

At RapidFunds, we’re driven by a simple mission: provide litigation finance that helps lawyers unlock cash flow while they wait on contingency fees. As a firm by lawyers, for lawyers, we’ve funded thousands of cases across the U.S. with speed, integrity, and deep legal insight.

What we’re looking for an experienced licensed attorney that does not want to practice law:

MUST BE an experienced ATTORNEY (J.D. required) with 5+ years of litigation experience — ideally including class action work.

Someone who can confidently manage post-settlement funding transactions, conduct due diligence, and guide deals from review to closing.

A communicator and organizer who loves working directly with legal professionals and leading internal teams.

The Legal Funding Manager (MUST BE AN ATTORNEY with at least 5 years experience) is responsible to execute all aspects of a post settlement funding transaction, reporting directly to the CEO. Must be an Attorney with minimum of five years litigation experience preferably with class action cases.

Job Duties

· Review and assess applications for post settlement funding.

· Communicate with attorneys verbally regarding the case

· Perform exhaustive due diligence on the attorney and the case

· Formulate and present funding offer to attorney

· Prepare company funding agreements for execution

· Supervise Operations Manager

· Follow the transaction closely until it is paid

Skills Needed

· Highly organized

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to complete projects and meet deadlines.

· Experience with Microsoft Office

Knowledge

· Working knowledge of legal documents and litigation

Education

· Law degree

Experience

· Attorney, minimum of five years litigation experience
