Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure and credentials for the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though candidates in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) will be considered
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students across a range of needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for each student
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
• Implement evidence-based interventions and track student progress
