Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 10000 Bonus

Elim Wellspring, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Shifts Available: 
Nights NOC 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Assisted Living or Memory Care) (Full-Time)

Wage Range:  $28.41 - $32.22 per hour based on experience

Bonus: $10,000

Location: 701 First St., Princeton, MN 55371  

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and evaluates resident care plans.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric conditions.
• Supervises TMAs and Nursing Aides.
• Maintains respectful, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Administers and monitors medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Manages medication and supply inventory according to policy.
• Documents care using electronic charting systems.
• Communicates significant changes in resident condition to appropriate parties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
