Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. Team Members will ensure every customer visit results in friendly, personalized service, a clean environment, and prompt delivery of great food. Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and handle customer issues. Operate cash register or point‑of‑sale devices and use suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales. Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers. Verify accuracy of guest orders. Prepare and package food and drink products. Clean kitchen area, counters, food‑preparation areas, and utensils. Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds. Maintain Health & Safety standards in work areas. Unload and stock inventory items as needed. Perform duties at multiple workstations. Show prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies. Work with management to resolve issues that arise in the restaurant. Learn team‑effectiveness skills and collaborate to achieve team goals. Qualifications Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. Dependable and reliable. Good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Minimum age of 16 years; minimum 18 years to work opening and closing shifts. Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law. Flexible work availability. Results‑oriented and customer‑focused. Previous customer service experience is helpful.
