This full-time contract role focuses on making a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload of 55 students. You’ll work in a collaborative educational setting near Tempe, AZ, helping young learners overcome communication barriers and succeed both academically and socially.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary-aged students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support students’ academic progress
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, goals, and compliance
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to personalized education planning
• Actively participate in school-based teams to promote student well-being and inclusion
