Hourly rate starts at $24.00 per hour

$2,500 Hiring Bonus

**Those who were previously employed or are employed by any First Atlantic facility within the past six months will not be eligible for the bonus**

Your Role & Impact

As a vital link between our residents, nurses, and staff, you will provide hands-on comfort, support, and advocacy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living needs and personal hygiene

• Monitoring and recording vital signs in resident charts

• Providing adjunct patient care and safe transportation assistance

• Collaborating with the nursing team while adhering to professional standards and state regulations

Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved C.N.A. certification training course (all experience levels welcome, including new grads!)

• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask safely

• Strong communication skills with an empathetic "bedside manner" and team-player mindset
