Primary Care - Internal Medicine (Westridge / Ridgewood Medical) - Registered Nurse-Level 2

Job Location 2081 Ridge Rd W, Rochester, New York, United States of America, 14626 Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $35.35 - $45.96 per hour. Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no holidays). Responsibilities The Level II Registered Nurse provides competent direct patient care based on established standards. Supports unit activities and enhances the care delivery system at the unit level. Assumes expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member. Telephone triage, direct patient care, medication/vaccine administration, minor laboratory testing, patient teaching and health education. Supervises LPNs and ambulatory techs as assigned. Qualifications Active NewYork State RN license in good standing. Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program. Minimum 6‑12 months RN experience; one to two years of direct nursing care preferred. Strong assessment and communication skills, and ability to work independently.
