Core Tasks & Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer extension.
• Pipeline Building: Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and local networks.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership to understand specific staffing needs and vacancy goals.
• Onboarding Coordination: Ensure a seamless transition from the interview stage to the onboarding process.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate, compliant records within our Greenhouse ATS.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Recruitment Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or HR management.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience recruiting for security, hospitality, logistics, or high-turnover industries is highly preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse) and MS Office.
• Fast-Paced Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-demand environment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
