Job Title1st shift- Monday - Friday 6:45am to 2:45pm 2nd shift- Monday - Friday 2:45 pm to 10:45 pm 3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 10:45 pm - 6:45 amJob DutiesPrepares, primes, sands, seals, patches, cleans and paints truck beds and surfacesUse various painting materials such as primers, polyurethanes, lacquer thinner finishes.Tapes, sands, repairs, and applies texturing layers on a variety of surfacesOperate, clean and maintain all painting equipment including brushes, sprayers, robotic spray guns, pumps, etcSafely stores and labels all materialsKeeps records and submits reports of work.Erects scaffolding, rigging and ladders as necessary in a manner consistent with safety codesCan read, understand, and communicate work instructions clearlyAbility to understand acceptable spray patterns, clogged mix chambers, and tipsUnderstands tolerances of spray equipment and bed liner build tolerances.Perform manual application of spray in the event of robotic equipment failure or repairsOther duties may be assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or EquivalentValid Driver's LicenseExperience with TS and ISO standardsRobotic programming experience is a plus!Ability to interpret blueprints and work ordersNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
