Group Exercise Coordinator Qualifications Very positive and energetic personality A passion for group exercise classes Great communicator; must work hand in hand with all group exercise staff and club managers Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills Aerobics Coordinator – Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5 years of experience AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross CPR certification required Certifications such as ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA, etc. Responsibilities Oversee all group exercise schedules for World Gym Smyrna Communicate with the instructors Track member attendance of classes weekly and monthly Create a sub-list of instructors to cover classes if canceled Ensure classes do not get canceled and all instructors arrive on time Maintain an updated list of instructors’ certification certificates Spend 15‑20 hours weekly in the club asking members to evaluate classes, gain feedback, and meet with the club manager (marketing/social media) Be reachable and available for other instructors with questions and emergencies Build a network of area instructors and design the best class schedules to create raving fans Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week Compensation: $17,500.00 – $18,500.00 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr F45 Training CP006504
