Today, more than 70 years later, ArmaFlex continues to be a pillar of Armacell's success.Armacell is seeking a hands-on SAP professional to support manufacturing, warehouse and supply chain operations across the Americas region.This position will focus on SAP functional configuration, troubleshooting, process improvement and support of manufacturing and logistics solutions, with particular emphasis on SAP EWM and Production Planning (PP/PP-PI).The successful candidate will collaborate with regional business stakeholders, Key Users and global SAP teams to support day-to-day operations and participate in SAP projects, including Armacell's upcoming S/4HANA transformation.This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP functional professional to expand their technical expertise, gain exposure to regional initiatives and progressively take on broader project delivery responsibilities within a global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Functional Support & OptimizationConfigure, support, troubleshoot and optimize SAP manufacturing, warehouse and supply chain processes, primarily within EWM and/or PP/PP-PI.Investigate and resolve SAP functional issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.Support integration between SAP manufacturing, inventory, warehouse and logistics processes.Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain teams and Key Users to understand business requirements and identify system improvements.Support SAP interfaces with shop-floor systems, warehouse technology and other connected applications.Assist with testing, documentation, user acceptance testing and deployment of SAP enhancements.Partner with global SAP functional experts to ensure solutions align with established standards and templates.SAP Projects & Regional CollaborationParticipate in regional SAP initiatives, system enhancements and S/4HANA transformation activities.Support implementation activities including requirements gathering, testing, data validation, cutover and post-go-live support.Coordinate with business stakeholders, global SAP teams and external implementation partners to support successful project execution.Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies and functional issues.Develop the knowledge and capabilities needed to take on increasing regional SAP project coordination responsibilities over time.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of hands-on SAP functional configuration, implementation or application support experience.Strong functional expertise in SAP EWM or SAP PP/PP-PI, with working knowledge of the other area and related manufacturing or supply chain processes.Practical understanding of SAP MM, inventory management and integration between manufacturing and logistics functions.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex SAP functional issues and implement effective solutions.Experience supporting SAP enhancements, implementations or continuous improvement initiatives.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Ability to travel up to 30%, including occasional international travel.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with both SAP EWM and PP/PP-PI.Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades or transformation initiatives.Manufacturing industry experience, preferably within a multi-site environment.Exposure to shop-floor systems, MES integration, RF/barcode solutions or related interfaces.Experience supporting SAP projects across multiple locations or business functions.SAP certification in EWM, PP/PP-PI or MM.Portuguese and/or Spanish language proficiency.
