We have an opportunity for a top performing VP M&A.

This is a key Leadership Role in the organization, which is in heavy growth mode.

Staff : Investment Analysts

Responsibilities : Business Expansion Projects, Leadership & Management, Starting Joint Venture Relationships, Provide Market Knowledge, Collaboration and Communication with other Regions, Strategy & Business Development with Operations.

Location: CHICAGO + multi-state Travel involved.

Minimum qualifications:

* MBA required

* INVESTMENT BANKING Highly Preferred

= Successful M&A Transactions a MUST HAVE.

* Ability to source and work directly with target company C-Suite day one.
